STRATCOR's leadership spans more than twenty-five years across the Central Intelligence Agency, the Defense Intelligence Agency, and Army and Navy special operations and special mission units — designing and directing sensitive human-intelligence operations, negotiating bilateral intelligence relationships, and leading interagency task forces that drew together multiple national agencies, the Department of Defense, and U.S. Special Operations.

That same leadership built and ran the training enterprises that certify the officers who carry those missions out — component program management of a national-level training platform, and the design and delivery of advanced instruction that has certified well over a thousand intelligence-officer candidates.

Since 2019, STRATCOR has brought that standard to the private sector — advising defense firms, building training programs, and developing the tools and tradecraft our clients rely on.
